2014–2017 | Foundations at GrowthLab

GrowthLab’s culture of standardization, measured experimentation, and hospitality takes root. Values that would later shape STRMS.

2018–2019 | Early Foray into Data & BI

GrowthLab pilots Synopsis.io, a data‑science project delivering dashboards and business intelligence. We began exploring coding in R, M language, and Java, along with cloud‑based databases and BI platforms. The experiment fizzles, but the lesson is clear: tech must pair with process to thrive

2022 | The Spark

  • GrowthLab acquires a boutique consulting firm specializing in process mapping & workflow design.
  • The acquisition becomes STRMS, injecting engineering talent and a process‑first mindset into GrowthLab’s service mix.
  • First automations ship using Integromat (now Make) and Zapier, proving quick wins for internal teams and early clients.

2023 | Scaling Connectivity

STRMS becomes one of the earliest adopters of Prismatic, moving from one‑off automations to robust, platform‑grade integrations.

2024–2025 | AI Agents & Orchestration

  • R&D expands traditional API integrations into AI‑native platforms - Vercel, n8n, and emerging multi‑channel process (MCP) orchestration tools.
  • Go‑to‑market focus widens from accounting firms to mid‑market finance & accounting teams seeking multidimensional automation.
